On second thought, we should definitely go and get a veteran PG. I was under the impression that our backup PG by committee would do well enough to get us by without a true backup. But the Pistons showed us where one of our weaknesses are.
When the Pistons applied full court pressure midway through the 4th, Eddie couldn't handle it, and next time down, James Posey ended up trying to beat the press and he ended up losing the ball.
This sort of led to our downfall (combined with our implosion). To address this weakness, Ainge needs to find a solid veteran backup PG.

Our achilles imo has always been get Rondo and Perk in foul trouble because we don't have much depth behind them. Pierce, Allen and Garnett are smart enough to stay out of foul trouble for the most part but Rondo and Perk are in there for defensive purposes in a lot of ways and they are more vulnerable to pick up fouls where the other 3 aren't. The ? is who? I have no idea. I'm sure we will bring in someone though. Bring back Sherm Douglas. I want to see more floaters in the lane. I think we will get someone decent who doesnt mind sitting on the bench for long stretches and wants a free ring.

Yeah, I really don't know who is out there for the taking. Someone mentioned Cassell, and that sounds halfway decent.

Yeah, i've mentioned Cassell but the Clippers would have to buy out his contract which i don't know if they will(maybe around the half-way mark in the season they will cause they also have Brevin Knight and hopefully Livingston comes back fine too)..But Cassell has already missed 10 games this year and i don't know how healthy and reliable he could be but i think since he and K.G. already worked together it seems like a solid option....P.J. Brown would be a solid pick-up for a big guy but i don't know if we can pay for him or what's the deal with him...
