On Loy's Place there is a new feature called the Schmap Widget. I received and email from the Schmap people that our blog was selected to feature this new widget. They in turn are looking for feedback on these criteria schmap widget design, content and functionality. So, everybody and anybody go to celticsgreen.blogspot.com and mess around with the widget and give your opinions to me so that I may forward it to the Schmap people. Thanks!! |

It's pretty neat, I understand the purpose but I don't see the point. I guess I'm just old school (YOUR MY BOY BLUE!!) but I like the hyperlinked version of the schedule, like the one on the Celtics official site.

I have no problem with the schmap people. They rule. I do envision them like those small gnomes in south park though that steal people's underpants. As far as the schmap widget it's cool, although some of the stuff doesnt work on it. I tried to zoom in on the banknorth garden and I got nothng.

nevermind it's working now. It lets me zoom in on the banknorth garden. cool. It would be cool and creepy at the same time if you could zoom in on any celtic player at any given time. IE there's PP taking a dump. Woot.

I just used it and wish I used it sooner. I can see myself using it again. I like it. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it an 8.5 but I find some aspects such as the crowded bballs annoying and think they need to work on it. It should be a little bigger and use a map you zoom in on a little more like the facebook "where I've been" maps and numbers and/or dates so you can pick what game you want to look at cause they play more than one game in some cities especially if they get in the playoffs
