Good Nip and tuck game between two very good basketball teams. Bron and Gooden have their two man game going. The trilogy is going pretty good save for some little mistakes. Whoever establishes their defense in the 4th qtr will win this.
Boston is minus four at the 1:38 before the turn.

Celtics turn it over on a bad pass out of bounds. Big Baby in. Gooden hits a jumper over Big Baby. Celtics miss and Big Baby rebounds. Posey takes it hard to the hoop along the baseline, lays it in and draws the foul. He misses the FT but Davis is there for the rebound and put back. Pavlovic misses and Posey rebounds. RA misses a jumper at the buzzer. Score at the end of 3 is Cavs 74 and Celtics 72

Why is Doc not telling the C's to work it inside against Gooden?? The guy has 3 fouls! You get that 4th and he sits! Jeez is it that hard!?

Q at the turn - BABY came up big to thwart that Cleveland momentum. Posey laid it up and in and got fouled, missed the FT, BABY with the 2nd Offensive rebound of the possestion and layed it up and in. Boston is down 2 at this point. Ray Allen should have gone to House for a buzzer beating 3 but his ISO did not work. Down 2 at the turn 72-74.

Brown takes it inside and is fouled hard by Davis. Brown misses both FTs and Celtics inbound. House gets it to Big Baby inside who lays it in. Scal with a block and Celtics come away with it. Davis's pass inside is knocked out of bounds by Cavs. Celtics inbound with 4 on the SC. House gets it in to Scal who hits a jumper off the catch. Z misses and Posey rebounds. House hits a 3. Time out with Celtics up 79-74 as the bench comes up big to start the 4th.

Man this House-Scally-Posey-Baby-Ray unit is allright.
Notice the thought process of Baby working the pick and rolls with Eddie H and he gets a reverse lay up and then dumps one to Scalabrine.
This is a defensive unit that can score.
Who says we dont have a bench?

Cavs starters are in. Celtics have Scal, House, RA, PP, and Baby. Celtics with a defensive 3 second violation and Z hits the T. Lebron hits a jumper. House's pass picked off and Cavs running. Lebron is fouled on the fast break as he goes sailing into the crowd. He hits the first. KG and PP come in. Lebron hits the second. House misses a 3. Z rebounds. Lebron misses and long rebound comes out to Gooden. LeBron hits a jumper from the top of the key. Cavs with a steal of a pass to the inside. Gibson misses a jumper and KG grabs the rebound but Pierce called for a foul over the back. Cavs inbound and Gibson gets inside and lays it in. Big Baby gets to the hoop and lays it in. Pavlovic gets inside and lays it in. Big Baby gets the ball inside and is fouled as he goes up for the shot. He hits both FTs. Cavs by 2 and with the ball. Lebron misses a 3 but rebound comes out to Z. Gooden hits a jumper. RA misses a jumper and Rondo rebounds and his put back is blocked by Z. Celtics inbound with 20 on the SC. Big Baby called for a reach in foul as there is a scramble for the ball. Cavs turn it over. RA takes it to the rack on a give and go with PP. He lays it in and is fouled. He hits the T. Pavlovic misses and Z tips the rebound out and cavs retain position. Cavs miss and tip no good, second tip no good. KG rebounds. Time out with Cleveland up 87-86 and 5:18 left in the 4th

YES Finally they get a foul on Pav. But its almost too late. This is just ridiculous. It was highly important to work on Gooden to draw his 4th foul and we have not done it. That is the worst mistake the C's have made all game IMO.
