I'd def. bring in JHoward. A big that can hit a jumper and isnt afraid of contact? Sign me up.

Howard would be nice and that's probably the direction Ainge goes in, but I would love for Coach Ray to get his hands on Butler. He's a tough beefy (6'10" 260 pounds) kid that would move guys around.

Butler would be the best choice 'cause we need a big man strong in the paint. Howard is a bad defender(Batista was waived for that reason) but has experience and would love to play with KG. But still Butler or a center would be more useful.

He's never going to be a big blocks/steals guy, but he can still be a solid help/man-to-man defender at the 4 and 5, IMO. And he has never been one to shy away from contact either. But yeah, I wouldnt mind of Butler was brought in either. Both of them would really help us.

I'd go for Juwan. As a big man off the bench, he's not going to shoulder a whole lot of responsibilities. Some yes, but we're looking at 20 mpg at the most. He provides us with a veteran scorer who can knock down the all important midrange jumpers from the top of the key (too bad Mark Blount is flawed in so many ways because he certainly had the jumper part nailed down).
I don't think he's much of a liability on defense. Not a great defender, but I've never considered him to be a bad defender.

Blount played well for 1/2 season in his contract year. Other than that he is what he is. I am just glad that he is now Pat Riley's problem and no longer ours. Poor Ricky Davis keeps getting traded so that teams can dump Blount.
We need a defensive big who is willing to mix it up in the paint and rebound and be a defensive presence there, similar to what Perk does in the starting lineup. I think Howard can do that. I prefer Jackie Butler personally and think he can fill the need.
