... I hope Ainge takes him. I've had a long distance appreciation for Juan Dixon since his days at Maryland. Not a great player by any means--but a solid backcourt player who can serve some at the 1 and 2. Good athleticism and slasher, and can hit perimeter jumpers (but not consistent enough).
He'd be nice to have while Pruitt gets his feet under him.

Dixon would be nice, but I don't see a roster spot available for him. I would be surprised if Ainge goes after back court help. I think it's more likely that they make a move to solidify the front court and hedge their investment in Pollard.

Ainge may not feel the need for another wing player--or more specifically PG help. He likes Rondo and feels that TAllen and RAllen can provide help with ball handling duties.
But nonetheless, I like Dixon and would like to see him on the roster. But we do need help in the frontcourt, with Pollard not being a picture of stability. Maybe Juwan may take our final roster spot.

Howard has said he wants to play in Boston. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in Celtics Green.
