Our Big 3 is unique in that we cover all bases.
Ray Allen is a pure shooter, who can catch and shoot, and pull up after dribble penetration. He takes care of our long range bombs.
Paul Pierce is a versatile scorer. He covers the middle game--he'll hit some three's, hit some midrange jumpers, slash to the bucket, and get to the line.
Kevin Garnett has a solid inside game, thanks to his quickness, length, touch, and quick leaping ability. But he's also able to stretch the floor by floating around the key. He's got Mark Blount's range and touch. But unlike Blount, KG has the game to put the ball on the floor and attack the basket when his man bites on his pump fakes.
Gotta like that, right?

Oh, lets take it a bit further and look at Rajon Rondo. He's got the speed game to blow by his man and penetrate into the paint, the craftiness to get off his shot in a myriad of ways and angles (on the left or right side), and the length to keep the ball beyond the reach of his man. Once he gets better at taking contact on his way to the basket, he'll be another weapon to compliment our Big 3.

Garnett is one of the few players that I have watched (Nowitski, and Duncan are the others) who can flat out shoot.

Garnett is the complete package, Missing Al J is gonna be tough because we all know he will be an All-Star, but KG is proven and it will be a return to the big three, as close as we can get.

Right, the danger in our Big Three is they all can shoot the ball. Garnett, for a 7 footer, can knock down jumpers from beyond the key. Him at the high post (as I'm sure Doc will run him there) will be hard to guard because he'll either pick you apart with lob passes into Perkins in the low post (or passing to his other All-Star teammates), hit jumpers if the defense sags, or drive to the basket if the lane is open.

R2's inkling that there will not be an issue w/ who scores every game.
