Gomes was the player I had hoped the Celtics were leaving out. However, thankfully the Celtics left out Rondo.

Well that was good. I really was impressed how well spoken and classy all 3 players are. Ray Allen in particular. but all of them are really on the same page and I think they are really going to be successful together.

So if I'm looking at it correctly, we are just losing out on one draft pick, because techincally, the other one was Minnesota's. Its not that bad then. Ainge will hopefully restart accumulating talent through the draft in '09. actually I think we have our draft pick for next year. Does anyone know what Kg was saying about that cruise thing?

It was a jab at the Vikings love boat scandal.

no he referred to the rumour that was spread from minnesota's side that deal was on hold for so long (72 hrs) because garnett was on a cruise. by pointing his finger he let us know what he thinks of minnesota's front office

I actually thought it was the Vikings thing too, but then they said it was Kevin McHale, not Kevin garnett that went on a cruise and I just didn't get it
