Not sure how that stat is populated. On paper, Boston had a better team, but at the end of the season, Portland had the upper hand.

I don't understand it either. Didn't we win less this season that last? How does one player produce a win? This is weird.

In summary, the rookies statistics are based on a formula which takes into consideration points, rebounds, etc. It appears that players who are high in steals, rebounds or blocks, rate higher than other players.
