NBA announced the All Rookie teams today and Rondo tied for the last spot on the 2nd team. Quite an accomplishment considering that he started out behind Telfair and didn't really get a chance to prove himself till the end of the season. aol.nba.com/news/allrookie_070508.html |

Some nut also gave Allan Ray a vote. I think Rondo blew away Marcus Williams. I also think he was competitive with Foye, whom I was pretty surprised to see in the first team ahead of Morrison

Consider that Rajon Rondo also played in Doc's offensive system that takes the ball away from the PG, and we weren't a running team.
In a PG friendly system, Rajon would have been more impactful.
