Does anyone think Telfair is a mirror of Joe Forte? Forte, former first round selection of the Celtics who was later traded to Seattle, and then shortly out of the league forever.

I think Telfair doesn't really act out like Forte did. Joe was outspoken and difficult. From all the quotes I've read from Bassy, he seems amiable enough.

Was Forte as dumb as Bassy? Hard to say who was the better player. I'd say Bassy

Telfair has produce at times unlike Forte. I think Telfair can play in this league but he needs to get his head straight and start growing up really quick. His next stint will be playing for his career not for this next contract which is unfortunate.

I know Telfair can be an All-Star. I've seen too many clips of him doing things that you cant help but shake your head at his pword. However, he has got to drop that 'And1' attitude where he thinks hes gonna dribble and then slash only to dish an ally to some big man who's gonna bring the rim down.
Forte was just an a-hole. Bassy is a turning into a thug. If he doesn't consider himself one already. We've also got to remember, we did get him from the JailBlazers.

Telfair, I keep on having this image from him in high school, no looking, dishing the ball, and him like hopping up and down.
