We, by all rights, should have no chance in this game. Indiana is playing for their playoff lives while Boston is struggling to put a legal roster on the floor and have nothing but professional pride to play for. In reviewing the matchups, though, I think they favor the Celtics with the notable exception of the benches and Granger vs Green. Indiana is who they are and that is mediocre. There terrible record the last month is not a lie. Ol' Larry has come up short in the GM dept.

Perk has flu like symptoms with a fever of 101 but he is playing. Indy gets the tip and Green is called for a foul. Indy inbounds on the side. Oneal misses and Celtics rebound. Green misses from the corner and Indy rebounds. Granger misses and Celtics inbound. Ray misses a 3 and Indy rebounds. Dunleavy takes it to the hoop and lays it in. Green misses a 3 and the rebound boundes over the backboard out of bounds. Granger called for travelling. ONeal is called for a foul on Rondo. Celtics inbound on the side. Gomes hits a jumper from the top of the key. Ray fouls Dunleavy. Indy inbounds. Oneal travels. Perk's jumper in the paint rims out. Oneal rebounds. Oneal misses a jumper. Indy rebounds. Celtics miss and Indy rebounds. Dunleavy hits a jumper. I don't like these announcers. They are chatting and chatting and not calling the game. Celtics miss and Indy rebounds. Granger hits a jumper. Gomes misses a 3 and Indy rebounds. Indy turns it over on a bad pass out of bounds. Green misses in the lane McLeod rebounds. Dunleavy hits a short jumper in the lane. Gomes hits a jumper from the top of the key. Perk causes Oneal to miss and Gomes rebounds and then throws it away. Time out with Indy up 12-4 and 5:55 left in the first. With Perk having the flu and a 101 fever, I would hope that Pinkney and powe would get more playing time.

Green drives to the basket and is fouled. He hits both FTs. Gomes called for a foul on Mcleod. Indy inbounds on the side. Dunleavy gets the ball inside and lays it in. Rondo drives down the lane and kicks it to Green who dribbles in a few steps and misses a jumper. Dunleavy is fouled on the rebound. He hits both FTs. Telfair is in for Ray. Gomes misses a jumper. Granger rebounds. Pacers throw it away out of bounds. Rondo misses a layup and INdy rebounds. Granger gets inside for 2. Telfair turns it over. Indiana called for a travel. Pinkney comes in. Gomes hits a runner in the lane. Indy throws it away out of bounds. Time out with 2:48 left in the first and Pacers up 21-11

Telfair is playing the point and Rondo shooting guard... what's wrong with this picture? defensive 3 seconds called on Indiana. Gomes misses the T. Celtics inbound on the side with 14 left on the SC. Rondo drives to the basket and lays it in. Indy misses and Gomes rebounds. Powe drives to the basket and misses a layup. Indy rebounds. Williams called for travelling. Celtics miss a jumper and Indy rebounds. Williams misses on the baseline and Diogu called for a push with 1 second. Celtics inbound in the back court. Gomes doesn't get the shot off in time. Score at the end of 1 is Indiana 26 and Boston 15

Celtics inbound to start the 2nd. Greene in for Indy. Williams called for a pushing foul. Celtics inbound on the side. Telfair pulls up and hits a jumper. Armstrong hits a 3. Pinkney misses a jumper and Oneal rebounds. Diogu is fouled inside and hits the first FT. Ray comes in for Gomes. He misses the second FT. and Powe rebounds. Powe misses a jumper but he is fouled on the shot. He hits the first. Green comes in for Rondo. He misses the second and Indy rebounds. Powe called for a foul away from the ball. Indy inbounds. Oneal hits a hook shot. Telfair hits a jumper. Telfair with a steal. Green misses a runner in the lane and Oneal pulls down his 11th rebound. Diogu called for an offensive foul as Powe takes the charge. perk is back in. Ray misses and Indy rebounds. diogu misses and perk tips the rebound out to Telfair who takes it up and pulls up for a jumper. Time out with Indy up 32-22 and 8:55 left in the half

Green misses a jumper and Indiana rebounds. Telfair called for a foul. Celtics are over the limit and Mcleod goes to the line. He hits both FTs. Telfair drives and kicks out to Ray who misses a jumper. Telfair rebounds. Green misses a layup and Indiana rebounds. Murphy hits a 3. Time out with 5:39 left in the half and Pacers up 39-26. I really dislike these announcers. They will call one play and then launch off into a 5 minute discussion about that player, where he went to college, and all kinds of trivia, and ignore the next 5 plays.

Telfair stops and pops and hits a jumper. dunleavy hits a jumper. pinkney is blocked by oneal and pacers come away with it. oneal lays it in over pinkney. Rondo drives into the lane and kicks out to Ray who hits a 3. Celtics with a steal. Rondo drives to the basket and dunleavy is called for a foul. Rondo misses the first and hits the second Ft. Not only do the announcers ignore the action while they are chatting, but they have irritating advertisements on the screen while Rondo is shooting FTs. Time out with Indy up 49-40 and 56 seconds left in the half

Celtics with a steal. Green hits a 3 from the corner. Dunleavy misses a layup but Oneal is there for the rebound and put back. Rondo drives and Oneal blocks his layup at the buzzer. Score at the half is Indiana 51 and Boston 43.

McLeod hits a jumper. Ray misses a 3 and oneal rebounds. Murphy is fouled by Perk to avoide a layup. Murphy hits both FTs. Perk misses a hook shot in the lane and mcleod rebounds. Murphy hits a 3. Celtics turn it over. Murphy gets the ball inside and lays it in. Time out with 9:37 to play in the 3rd and Indy up 60-46 as the Pacers scored the last 9 points

Williams hits a jumper over Gomes. powe hits a jumper in the paint. Armstrong hits a 3. Celtics inbound with 3 seconds on the clock. Rondo's heave from half court is no good and score at the end of 3 is Indiana 78 and Boston 67
