celtics.bostonherald.com/celtics/view.bg?articleid=191800&format=text All right - if everybody were healthy and Doc set his lineup in mid January to Perkins, Jefferson, Pierce, Allen, and Rondo with Gomes, West, Sczerbiak, and Telfair rotating off the bench where would we be now? Gerald Green is 10th man. Scalabrine cannot get off the bench! We trade for a veteran big man/and or PG in February and make our move. I say we are challenging Toronto for the division and possibly making the 2nd round or ECF round of the playoffs. Perkins and Jefferson is a good big man tandem. Allen, West, and Rondo are a good guard rotation. Green is the future (or is he?). One think for certain is that we would be singing a different tune here instead of being in serious contention for Oden. God (Auerbach) caused those injuries for a reason. That was to get Oden and Durant which will open up trading doors for the Celtics this summer. Then again the lottery could screw us - we draft Yin Yang and he busts while Joakim Noah kicks our tail in New Jersey or Philadelphia. In which case we better hope everyone comes back healthy and we have a new coach who knows what the hell he is doing.
