Living 2 hours N of OK City, it would have been a disaster to put in a full day's work then drive 140 miles S to the Ford Ctr and watch that debacle unfold and then scurry out of there after 3 qtrs and make the same 2 hour drive back in pouring thunderstorm like rain that was forecast.
Oh well, the Celtics played one of their worst games of the year and the games keep right on coming - but the next 4 are in Boston so we should try to win 3 out of 4 and establish HCA for NEXT season. It would be nice to beat Dallas so we have a claim to going 3 and 3 against Texas.
Doc knew the Celtics were in trouble from the 1st qtr because the defensive effort was poor and Oklahoma was all gassed up on their Phillips 66 premium.
