I know Clifford Ray has been mentioned before, though I have to mention his name one more time. Dwight Howard, now Al Jefferson. The guy can definitely coach, mentor, and develop bigs. ;D

Yes, he truly deserves credit. Jefferson's development this season is largely due to Ray's mentoring. Al's footwork is a lot cleaner, and he's a lot more decisive with his moves. I think having Ray here has shaved off at least 2 ~ 3 years of Big Al's learning curve.
I can't wait for this offseason--what new tricks will Ray have Jefferson doing next season?
