Pierce is back on his game, I believe. I would like to see Gomes back in there to help with everything.

Boy, I'm really not enjoying watching Delonte out there. He's still doing his gritty hard nosed thing, but he's stinking it up with his PG act, even when Rajon should be the one directing the plays.
Rajon is looking super out there. I'd like to see him play a lot of minutes tonight. Just seems like a game he can take over.

My favorite sequence of the year, Rondo picked Stiffbury's pocket, and Powe's putback and one. Celtics are pulling way ahead but these games have a nasty habit of turning around.

Built up a big lead, but our guys have a tendency to let other teams get back into games. We got to keep the intensity high.

Q at the half - Celtics are in cruise control.........
But I have seen too many 25 point Celtics leads in MSG get erased too many times. The Celtics must keep up the attack and push this thing up to a 40 to 50 point lead if possible. We are seeing some of the potential come out in the young Celtics and I would be sad if some of these players left in a deal for the Question Mark.

My question is why hasn't Powe played... once again, he gets minutes and he produces. In 12 minutes he has 7 points, 4 rebounds and 2 blocks and has played good defense in the paint.
I worry when we are up big because we tend to let up, lose the lead and the game. Hopefully we will come out with the same intensity and hold this lead to the end.

Best news of the night is on CelticsBlog
If this is true, hopefully King will take it. It isn't the western conference, but it isn't the Atlantic division, either.

These announcers are terrible. They are really putting the Knicks down. I love Mike and Tommy because no matter how bad we play they find something good and don't put the Celtics down. If it was the other way around, Tommy would be talking about how good David Lee played and would be griping about the lack of calls etc and not putting our team down. And the Knicks fans booing their team. I know that the Celtics fans have booed too but I have never understood that. I really truly could never boo the Celtics. Even in the Pitino years I would never boo them. They are still the Celtics and win or lose, I bleed green.

Not a very good sequence as the Celtics goof off and give up a 13-2 run. They need to retain their focus and agressiveness.
