On NBA-TV - old Celtics playoff games are playing in Black and White TV. It is Game 1 of the 1965 Finals between the Boston Celtics and the Los Angelos Lakers.
Chris Schenkel (Who remembers him?) and Bob Cousy are calling the action on this Sunday Afternoon in Early April..... I must be watching with Dad in our duplex in S. Acton MA. Or listening to Johnny Most on the radio.
Boston leads 64-49 at the half led by John Havlicek with 18 points.
All Jones Backcourt, Heinsohn, Russell, and Havlicek open the 2nd half. Russell just grabbed his 20th rebound, Sanders missed at the other end, LA hits, Heinsohn to Russell for a dunk and a foul. 66-53 Boston. Heinsohn shot is Good and Russell is fouled. Russell misses his FT - Boston leads 68-53 and they won going away 142 -110..... and Beat LA 4 games to 1.

Chris Schenkel (Who remembers him?) I do. Didn't he do some Olympics and Battle of the Stars productions in his later days? 1970s...

Now they are replaying that Classic Game 4 of the 1967 ECF Finals Philly at Boston. It was the dynasties last stand. Man the crowd was really into it back in the day.

Oh man, I wish I could get NBA TV. Which dish network has NBAtv on the east coast? I don't have it myself. Wish I was willing to pay the extra cash...

Direct TV does I'm pretty sure. My cable company does not.

I'm doing the cable crap myself, until I find a good townhome to plant myself in. Then I'll buy into the dish-world.

I have Comcast Cable and bugged them every day a couple of years ago to get them to get NBA TV but they never did. They don't even offer it. We didn't want to get rid of cable because we have them for our computer and with Direct TV, when it rains hard you lose the signal. So we added Direct TV to the TV in the office where I watch the games and spend much of my time. I got the Sports Pack on top of the basic line up so can watch the pre and post game on FSN along with NE Sports Tonight. I always got my League Pass on Cable because of the rain thing but this season they didn't offer the preseason and FSN was blacking out the games so I ordered LP on DTV. So, I am praying that it doesn't rain during any of the games.

guys if you want nbatv just download tvu is a stream software nbatv is free and it looks good. it's not free. you need league pass which you can't have in europe for some reason. the only way to see the games is if someone streams the game so you could see it with tvu. luckily there seems to be a guy in realfm board who has done it for this season's games so i have been able to see them all. however the quality isn't so good at times. therefore it would be absolutely tremendous if anyone who can would stream it too.
