I think he should, but I have a feeling it's going to go to Telfair. What do you think?

I think his chances are very good. Rajon is an incredibly talented player. He's a total package because he's a 2-way player (offense and defense). He's got tremendous feel for the game and it just oozes out of his body.
He's really good for this system because our system doesn't rely so much on X's and O's, but just making smart passes and Rajon is a creatively smart passer.
I know what Rajon can do, but I want to see if Telfair can step up and outright beat out Rajon. Its no easy task because Rajon is the real deal. But there's something about Telfair that makes me think that he can be a special player.
I'm just really glad that we have both of them on the team.

The things that stand out to be about Rondo over telfair, is Rondo just seems to be a really smart, crafty player, plus his defense is better than Telfair. Both are incredibly physically gifted with quickness. Telfair may be the better ballhandler although he takes too many risks with the ball because he is overly confident with it sometimes, and is a better shooter, although Rondo has been shooting it surprisingly well.

it depends with the starting line-up that doc will finally settle with. personally i think telfair will start this year. maybe it's a good theing and keeps rondo hungry. overall i think that rondo is our future starting pg. if telfair will be ok being a back-up pg in the future then we don't have to worry about the position for the next 10 years

I'm starting to like the 2 PG attack. Telfair and Rajon are good at attacking the basket, and that takes away from their short comings on the perimeter.
Telfair and Rondo both offer different aspects of the game, and I think both are good for the team.

I expect Telfair and Rondo to split the minutes at PG. They kind of taken the position away from West. Its good to know you have two starting PG on our roster. Actually, you can say we have 3 guys on this team that could be the starting PG for many teams in the nba.
Telfair will get the job first. I wouldn't be shock Rondo beats him based on his defense/hustle that he brings to the court. Either way, I'm happy to have both players on this team.

Rondo has clearly been the better player so far. His defense sets him apart. He is a very tough and smart player on the court. Telfair has played well, but Rondo has played better.
Rondo should start, but with Doc, the players who should be playing often don't get the minutes.
