I can see this being an effective style of play when we need to change the tempo of the game and get some quick points. But I don't see this working a whole lot if we overuse it.
Thoughts?

I agree that if it is overused, it will not be effective. Doc needs to use it in certain spots and limited minutes to jumpstart the offense or to throw the other team off of their game.
But I am afraid that Doc is going to want to play this way more than he should and other teams will be ready for it. He has to be able to throw it at the other team to disrupt them and then switch back to the normal lineup.

I still believe you have to use low post scoring in order to be a fully balanced offensive team. We already proved that we are a solid perimeter team (most of our scoring came from the perimeter last season), and with the new players that we've acquired this offseason, we should be able to run a whole lot more. But we still haven't proved that we can utilize our low post offense. We need to have an attack from the inside to make full use of our outside scorers and our penetrating PG's.
