We'll take a look at a couple of these young players who should be receiving more playing time this season, and pick who we think will make the biggest statistical improvements.
Gerald Green: 5.3 ppg, 1.3 rpg, 0.6 apg (12 min/game)
Kendrick Perkins: 5.2 ppg, 5.9 rpg, 1.54 bpg (20 min/game)
Delonte West: 11.8 ppg, 4.1 rpg, 3.5 apg (34 min/game)
Al Jefferson: 7.9 ppg, 5.1 rpg, 0.7 bpg (18 min/game)
Ryan Gomes: 7.6 ppg, 4.9 rpg, 1.0 apg (23 min/game)
Sebastian Telfair : 9.5 ppg, 3.6 apg, 0.97 spg (24 min/game)
Right off the bat, I don't know for certain if Delonte will be receiving 34 mpg like he did last season. With the addition of Telfair, and a healthy Wally Szczerbiak, Delonte's minutes look like they will drop, especially if Telfair plays well and stays on the court for long periods of time.

I say both Perk and Al are going to make huge leaps both in minutes played as well as every statistical category.

I want that guy to be Al Jefferson - He can give the Celtics inside scoring and rebounding that was so desperately missed last year.

Telfair - depending if he gets majority of the PG minutes
Jefferson - if he beats out Ryan Gomes.
If not, I expect West and Gomes production to increase if none of the new guys beat them out.

I'd say Perk, followed by Al.

Gomes if they give him minutes based on last year and the last two summer camps and not evil pword
Al in a downward manner if he gets hurt
Perk at least if healthy, but they may keep his minutes down to keep his contract demands lower

Telfair, if he receives the lion's share of the minutes.

Perk by a mile.
Then Al.
Then Telfair.
Delonte will get less minutes.
I expect Ryan to play a lot of minutes but sharing with Big Al.
I expect Perk to double his numbers as he gets more PT.

I'm going with Al Jefferson. He's got more to prove than everyone on the list, except Telfair.
