See Derren, thats where we differ. You point out INDIVIDUAL progress while I look more at the TEAM as a unit. They showed last year that they dont know who plays on their team given the number of turnovers, they showed that they had no idea that you have to play at two ends, given their abysmal defense. They showed last year that they cannot grab a rebound to save their lives. And the coach again reminded us as to why at his former job, he lost 9 in a row. Again, they failed as a TEAM in all areas. You can gush at Green's dunks all you like but when you cannot play as a unit, you cant win. This team will win 36 games, tops, next season. maybe that will get Doc out of here and maybe land us Oden.

Well, you got to start out somewhere, don't you? You don't just throw 14 guys together and say, "alright, I expect you to play like a team who has been with each other for 4 years". No, that ain't how it usually works. Especially not with majority of the team being newly acquired draftees and free agents.
I first compliment their individual growth because at this point, its all that I really can gauge. Once they develop their games more and find their niche on the court, then you can start disecting their team presence.
