Wacthing Antoine Walker thriving down here. People can bash the guy all they want, but i know what he meant to us. He was getting destroyed by the fans down here lately, but now he's found his stroke the last 3 games. I hate miami, and i hope the pistons destroy them, but part of me wants toine to prosper.

I was never a big Antoine fan, but I have no problem with the Heat. Id prefer Detroit to make it to the finals because IMO whichever team wins the WC will walk all over the Heat.

Walker was good, if not great player while he was employed by the Celtics. Though, for the team Danny is building, AW wasn't the right fit. Imagine a power forward w/ no power; a player that thrived on the outside game, not inside game; and a player that wanted the ball in his hands, and wanted to play PG. AW.

I read today that Walker is finally adjusting to being a role player and not a main option. Plus, given his history, two good games in a row can be followed by two bad ones, but in Miami he does get a lot of open looks due to double-teams on Shaq, so if he gets a good rythm going he can make some points.
