I love this team. I hope Danny keeps them together. I agree with Al here that he and Perk can be an even better Ben and Rasheed pairing. I see really big things for both kids if they can just stay healthy. I love the chemistry they are building together. Mike said they did a stand up routine together that would have played well in most comedy clubs and I love that! I agree that injuries have hampered Al so far with 3 sprains in 2 years. He seems to be coming back very well from this last sprain and I think the new ankle taping job will help remedy the injuries. I do believe that the sky is the limit for this team with Al, Perk, Gomes, Green, and West. All have the potential to become all stars and we have others who are going to be very good players as well. Add Wally and Pierce as the vets to stabilize the kids and we can be very, very good. I would like to see Danny keep this group together and add some very good players for the bench as that is our week spot right now. 2006-2007 should be a very good year!!!

Q: Did your performance last year, your first out of high school, surprise even you?
A: I knew that once I understood the game I could play this game. I learned the game well enough to play the way I played last year, so it wasn't a surprise to me.
Q: Did you have a breakthrough moment or a most memorable moment from your rookie year?
A: Against Miami last year, I had 19 points in the second half to beat them by one here [in Boston]. That was a memorable game for me.
Q: A lot of people were expecting you to explode this season. What do you think has kept you from progressing the way you've wanted to?
A: The injuries are getting me. But this season isn't over. It's been up and down for me with the injuries. It's just a minor setback.
Q: What would you say is your biggest strength?
A: My biggest strength is just offense. I'm just able to score on everybody.
Q: With all the young talent on this Celtics team, what do you see happening if this particular group stays together?
A: If we stay together, I say we're going to have another Detroit team, like the team Detroit has right now. I could see us having that team.
Q: So which one will you be, Ben Wallace or Rasheed Wallace?
A: Me and [Kendrick] Perkins are going to be the combination of Rasheed and Ben.
