I usually do not try to predict wins and losses, because anything can happen. Perk and Al will be back soon, so hopefully it adds to the chemistry and doesn't take away from it, but here is how I see it playing out.
Sun 26 at LA Lakers – W Wed 1 Miami – L Fri 3 Indiana – L Sun 5 at Toronto – W Tue 7 at Washington – W Wed 8 Philadelphia – W Fri 10 Milwaukee – W Sun 12 Denver – L Tue 14 at Memphis – W Thu 16 at Miami – L Fri 17 at Orlando – W Sun 19 at Indiana –L Mon 20 LA Lakers –L Wed 22 Toronto – W Fri 24 at Cleveland – L Sun 26 Chicago – W Wed 29 at New York – W Sat 1 at Chicago – L Tue 4 at Toronto – W Wed 5 Washington – W Fri 7 at Philadelphia – L Sun 9 New York – W Wed 12 at Indiana – L Fri 14 New Jersey – W Sun 16 at New Jersey – L Mon 17 Cleveland – W Wed 19 Miami – L
Comes to 15-12 record in these last games, which would bring our final record to 37-45. Don't know if that will get us the playoffs, probably not. Hopefully we can do better than 15-12, but I don't want to get carried away. I really see the chemistry developing and especially the young guys continuing to develop, and grow together as a unit offensively and defensively. We have the talent. The chemistry just needs to continue to grow among the guys.

I just want to see the bigs back in the rotation. How they fit in with the newer versions of West and Gomes. This isn't a title team. I look more for growth and the off-season.

We could lose out, and as long as the kids got productive minutes, I'd be cool with it.

Maybe, the perfect ideal scenario would be that our kids continue to progress, gain loads of confidence, we do really well, play over .500, beat some good teams in the process, but narrowly miss the playoffs. Then, we get lucky in the lottery and gain a top 7-10 pick to add even more to our bench depth next year. Either way, I just want to start winning games again and I want the young guys to build on it and keep improving. Chemistry is everything right now.

That fate was sealed going into this month, when we had to carry Mark Blount's burden. It is OK though. I think we will build up through the draft and not have to waste more money on free agents who only chase the money.
