proxy.espn.go.com/nba/sportsnation/ratings?seasonYear=2006&seasonType=2&week=1Doc has the lowest approval rate of all the coaches in the league. 21% Team: Boston Celtics Record: 18-28 Votes: 39 Celtics trade for Szczerbiak in attempt to turn things around Boston has won exactly six games in each month this season. Unfortunately for the Celtics, the number of games played each month has increased (6-8 in Nov., 6-9 in Dec., 6-10 in Jan.). Last week, they shook things up a bit by acquiring Wally Szczerbiak from the Wolves and got rid of Ricky Davis and Mark Blount and his contract, to name the key players involved

I think that approval rating is actually being generious.

He is starting to wear on me too. I'm trying to be a good soldier and stick up for the coach. Unfortunately, he makes coaching decisions which seem questionable so being loyal to the guy is becoming difficult.

The season is lost and I think Doc Rivers is a poor NBA coach. But you guys know where I stand on Doc Rivers. The Celtics still don't have a set lineup. Ainge and Grousebeck will give him the benefit of the doubt for one more year. There still will be no improvement and Doc will be let next year.

I don't get to see the games or practices so I'll bow out of this one. I also don't get to see what goes on in other manager/suits meetings.
The players still need to produce! ! ! Being a bench player doesn't mean you play less-than 100%. Ever...

But at the same time, when the young kids finally start producing consistently, Doc's coaching will look much better.
