I like him and he has been a great locker room guy and hustle player. As well as, close to Tatum.
However, he is not gonna get minutes to help his career. Its all fine and good to want to stay somewhere you like, but he has to think of himself as well. If he doesn't get PT how will he maximize his potential, improve his game, prove his abilities, set himself up for better contracts, play a bigger part in a team's success, and cement his personal/professional legacy?
I think that of course, those things might not pan out anyway. But is it fair to keep a player back from a better career and more money when we can't even use him to his full potential?

He brings energy and rebounding, but you just don't know what he'll give you offensively.
