Boston gets Xavier Tillman, a young, versatile frontcourt player who gives them some depth for a championship run.
Lamar Stevens has also been added to the trade. So the Celtics still have the Grant Williams TPE.

Springer seems to be mostly a development project, a guy whose D is already excellent but whose shooting needs a lot of work. Who know though? Maybe he's someone Joe can tap to cool off a hot opponent for a few minutes.
