Load management has been an increasing problem for the league in recent years. Especially when they sit all their stars on the road where fans come to see them and only get the chance a couple times a year. Then there are situations where they shut down their stars for a period of time to tank. Thankfully both Jaylen and Jayson want to play when they are able and the Celtics as a team don't do a lot of load management other than to keep Al from playing back to back games, which for older players is not out of line.
I also get both sides but if the league didn't do something, it would have kept getting worse and worse until players were sitting out half the games. Teams like Miami who don't care about the regular season except to grab a play in spot will now have to consider when they rest players and not just sit them out half the games to keep them fresh for the playoffs.
