One thing that Ime pointed out that we need to be better at next year is our IQ (we were big time outplayed by the Warriors in this department). Max pointed out that while were standing around not knowing what to do, the Dubs offense kept moving and cutting and passing.
If the goal is to increase our IQ, how do we go about doing this?

Some people just have a better feel for the game, but for the rest, I think it's repetition, seeing situations over and over, and that can be film study (at least some of which should be with a coach) as well as live reps. Bring in the stats showing how well a player shoots from different spots on the floor, and how often they turn the ball over in different areas. (For example, Jaylen and Jayson on drives and Rob going up for dunks.) It's great to work on your weaknesses, but in games that matter, know where your strengths are and concentrate on them.
They do this with baseball pitchers and sometimes it results in a pitcher giving up on certain pitches that the stats show get hit harder than others. In the heat of the moment it's not easy to be fully aware of why you're failing.

Then I hope Jaylen is watching hours of film each day, and going over reps in practice each day, cause his IQ isn't where it needs to be. His thought processing time needs to be quicker. Like, he could easily get a handful of easy buckets each game if he merely cuts hard to the basket when they double up on Tatum.

Our player movement in general has a ton of room for improvement. GS is SO much more sophisticated in the way they move and cut. A lot of that is on our coaching staff.

Our coaching staff needs to implement a more diverse and creative offense. Relying on Tatum/Jaylen/Smart to drive and kickout should only be a partial part of our complete offense.
