Michael Jordan won his first championship in his 7th season, at age 28.
LeBron James won his first championship in his 9th season, at age 27.
Giannis won his first title in his 8th season, at age 27.
Steph Curry won his first title in his 6th season, at age 27.
Jayson Tatum just finished his 5th season at age 24.
Jaylen Brown just finished his 6th season at age 25.
Every one of the four superstars above had multiple, tough losses before they broke through. Each had to get better along the way, and each had to have a better supporting cast before they were able to win.
Tatum and Brown are still improving. So is Rob. And I think it's fair to believe that Ime will be better too.
Now it's Brad's time to give this team's core more help by putting together a better bench.

This doesn't mean players can't win championships under the age of 27. But it does show that it is difficult for young stars to lead their team to the title.

I wonder what age Bird, Kareem, Russell, IT, and Magic were.

Bird, Kareem, Russell all won in their first or second season after four years of college ball.
Magic won as a rookie. I think he was 20.
Thomas was 28.

I definitely think BOS can win at least one, however I think it will be more like a 1a, 1b, and maybe a 1c approach. Ex: Tatum/JB/RW3. I also think BOS ran out of gas against a deep team.
