And the Warriors have the luxury of reloading their team with high draft picks whilst still having superstars around. A year or two of poor records allowed them to gain some very valuable long term pieces that ensure a transition from one dynasty to the next. Very few teams get that luxury... you'd have to think of the Celtics and Len Bias or maybe the Spurs going from Duncan to Kawhi as the last few times a team had the chance to draft high whilst still having established stars.
