Sounds like the C's are getting Jauncho Hernangomez from the Grizz for Dunn and Carsen Edwards. I saw him play a bit during his time in Minnesota. Decent bench piece, nothing to write home about, but def a better fit for this roster than either of the guys we gave up.

If he's the guy who played for the Knicks a few years ago, I don't have an impression (good or bad) of him. I just remember him on the court.
Finally got rid of Carsen. Dunn was never part of the picture.
The Wolves did us a favor here (all they really gained is 300k in savings). We were able to clear a body off the roster.

Juancho is a smart offball player.
Maybe his defense keeps him from being a heavy rotation guy, but against backups, Juancho's size (6'9" and solid mass) and smarts and three point shooting could get him some recognition.

Definitely a better fit for this roster than Dunn and Edwards. Gives us some depth at what I thought was our biggest position of need.
Brad has been a busy boy. I believe we're now at 15 players, not counting the 2-way guys, so this may be it for now.

I'm digging this acquisition. Juancho has slimmed down and diversified his game to be more mobile than when he first came into the league. Smart player. Moves and cuts well. On a team looking to pass the ball, he should help foster that goal. m.youtube.com/watch?v=YNPbNf8f-IU

Thanks for that clip. Pretty mobile guy. I like what I see.
However, it seems like we have a bunch of guys at PF/C that have some NBA skills but don't really blow you away. Juancho, Jabari, GWill, maybe Bruno. Are we really going to carry them all?
If Juancho can get back to shooting 3s like he did two years ago, when he was over 40%, GWill will have trouble getting minutes, or maybe even keeping a roster spot.

I don't know about Jabari's future here, and I get the feeling that Bruno is on his way out in the next trade.
I feel Juancho and Grant Williams will both be vying for backup minutes behind of Horford and Rob and Kanter.
Eventually, I feel it will be Sam Howzah and Juancho winning the backup 4 and small ball 5 minutes.

By the way, in case you did not know, Juancho is the brother of Willy Hernangomez (which is the guy I was thinking about).
Just so you know, we have the better Hernangomez.

Juancho has got to be careful and not try to do too much. When he gets ambitious that's when he'll turn the ball over.
Because he can hit the three, defenders close out on him, and he knows how to pump fake to get them in the air so he can dribble. He's very comfortable dribbling with his left. When he tries to be cute, it doesn't work for him. He has to learn to kick it out if he doesn't have a good driving lane.
Overall, I think he can be a better version of Jonas Jerebko.
