Hmm any other guy who has had so many injuries early in his career and came back to be productive? I'm hoping the best for him as well but I can't think of any other player who has had such bad luck to the start of their careers and somehow came back.

My thinking is, he's gotten all his injuries out of the way, and he'll be injury free the rest of his career! Played 1 year of college ball, and now is entering his 3rd season in the NBA, and he's still only 21. Kid got time to develop still, and I'm looking at this season as his rookie year.

Begarin asked Brad if he could prticipate in the summer league to show what he can do. He likes to play defense, likes to get out and run, needs to work on his shooting. m.youtube.com/watch?v=j--4LwLwKgk

I know it's not likely that all of them will still be with the team 5 years from now, and I know not all of them will pan out, but I'm hopeful for everyone one of these guys:
Langford Nesmith Pritchard Hauser Yam Begarin

Whom do you feel will have the best summer league performance out of our group of young guys?

I think Nesmith will surprise us early on. He showed a very good shooting stroke late last year as we neared the end of the season.

I put Nesmith right at the top of guys who I want to see dominate in summer league. But I think the top performer will be Carsen Edwards. Ball handlers usually get to take the most shots in summer league. Plus, Carsen, being the vet, will probably be asked to be one of the leaders, and will feels like he has the license to be top dog. And once he gets hot, he will fire away (remember his 8 three pointers he made a couplenof years ago?).

Why is Carsen Edwards still on the team? He's a one dimensional player, and if he isn't hitting the 3s, he hold no value.
Does Brad believe he can be that sharp shooter for us?
