Both Conley and Lowry are free agents, so they could be had on the market. Unfortunately they are both good enough to get about the MLE, so we are out of the running. Toronto would maybe consider trading Lowry in a SnT, but i have a hunch they are gonna regroup now that they are back in Toronto and make another push with their squad. I don't see Utah moving on from Conley, seeing how close they are to winning it all. I'd love to see Lowry spend a couple of years in a Celtics jersey, but i dont know if it can feasibly happen. The Lowry thing could feasibly happen. Raptors have a high draft pick and already have VanVleet at the PG. Mock drafts have them picking one of the top guards in the draft e.g. Jalen Green or Jalen Suggs to pair next to VanVleet. Their roster would then have guys like Gary Trent & OG at the 3 rotating and Siakim at the 4. Unless they get Evan Mobley instead of Jalen Green, then they'd keep Lowry...but otherwise I see Lowry being expendable. So a S&T with Toronto to get Lowry seems feasible and in exchange we'd send them someone like Smart and we'd get Lowry + a 2nd rounder and it allows us to use our Gordon Hayward cap exception.

5 free agent PGs for Brad to mull over:
Chris Paul Mike Conley Kyle Lowry Lonzo Ball Spencer Dinwiddie
The first 3 are aging, which does put up a flag. Dinwiddie is coming off an injury and it remains to be seen if he can be the player he was trending to be. Ball has become a good three point shooter and is a fantastic fast pace PG, but as was mentioned by Fresh, he isn't the best halfcourt PG.
I'd take a gamble on Dinwiddie and Ball if I'm looking long term. But if we're trying to win now, I'd try to get CP, Conley and Lowry (in that order).

If anything, Paul has shown that a vet's skills that isn't predicated on athleticism and speed won't deteriorate as quickly with age. Gives me hope that Lowry could be the missing piece. I doubt CP3 leaves the Suns...they got a good thing going there.
The only other one intriguing is Lonzo. He's young, a good passer, good defender, so we'll have to see if his shot improves.

His 3 pt shot has improved (proved it the last 2 years).
