but the trading. Now that it has hit the press, the basketball internet messageboards are lighting up with trade scenarios.
One has Pierce and Blount going to Los Angelos Lakers, with Artest and Lamar Odom ending up in Boston.
Indiana gets Devean George, Mihm, and couple of left overs, plus LA's pick.
This one stinks with Minny: Pierce and RD for Trenton Hassell, Sczerbiak and one other, and a 2007 #1.
I like Pierce, Scalabrine, a draft pick and Jefferson to Minny for Garnett. In writing to Q's cousin up in Minny, he though that was the most interesting trade proposal for Garnett anybody came up with/
Pierce and Blount to Dallas for Stackhouse, Dampier, and Josh Howard is something I developed on the seat of my pants. Not really horrible for us. I like Josh Howard. Dampier is an upgrade at center for us. Stackhouse is a filler.

I'd like to get Garnett even if we'd lose Jefferson in the end. If we can throw in Blount for Candiman then we would be golden.
C- Perkins PF- Garnett SF- Green/Allen SG- Davis PG- D.West

Someone please fill me in! I'm at work right now, and I'm out of the loop. What has hit the press?

I read a few blurbs about Pierce saying it would be a good time to leave. However, I am not sure if this was the press taking his words out of context, or stirring up the story.

Well, this makes it twice in a span of 1/2 a year that Pierce has asked to be traded. Had he accepted the trade to Portland during the summer, we would have been sitting pretty with Chirs Paul at PG (and don't worry, Delonte would have played his more natural position--the other PG).
Now he's asking (actually, I should say suggesting) for a trade and this time, he can't be picking about where he goes.

Damn, I wish this trade had gone down, especially if Blount was going out there too. Portland would be much better off.
