If I am to step out on a limb in regards to our future lineup, I would say I see Pritchard being the Point, Langford the 2, Jaylen 3, and Tatum 4. 5 could be Rob Williams, but my hope is we can find a beast All-Star here.
Langford has to prove it obviously, but his combination of defense and offense that he flashes at a young age, which began to earn Brad’s trust, leads me to believe that he can secure and excel at this spot.
Prtichard to me is a rock solid player. Fills in nicely as a do-what’s-needed PG. Smarts, grit, confidence, and skills. And he’s already earned Brad’s trust.
Gotta find that beast Center — either Rob Williams or someone else (I got my eyes on Day’Ron Sharpe in the draft). KAT? Jokic?

One thing is clear, both by watching, and by listening to Brad and Danny: roster building and rotations will both be based on who can help Tatum and Brown excel. This isn't going to change for the next five years or more. Guys who can help spread the floor so that those two have room to operate are going to be favored. Pritchard certainly fills the bill. Not sure about Romeo yet. Nesmith, more by reputation and college stats than by what we've seen, could be perfect. What's great is that Danny now has a very clear framework to build on.

Ok, so factoring that in, a 3-D guard is ideal. Is Langford that? Maybe. Yup, Nesmith might fit the bill.

I haven't seen Romeo shoot the 3 much yet. He seems to be more of a slasher. But he's also very young and look at how JB progressed with his shooting since his first year. Romeo definitely showed a lot on D, so he should get the opportunity to grow the rest of his game - IF he can stay healthy.

We need a pure sniper threat, a guy teams fear to leave open.
In the draft is a guy named Corey Kispert (from Gonzaga). I’d think he could be a big 3pt threat.

After the Harden trade to Brooklyn, I think it’s good for us to take it slow and continue to build up the infrastructure. Let Brooklyn (if they don’t imlpode first) compete with the Lakers and the Clippers for championships for a few years. Then as those guys are in their 30’s and declining, our team will have superstars entering their prime and core role players who have honed their skills and roles, and that’s when we take over the east.
No need to gut our youth for a big name star (though I wouldn’t oppose sacrificing some youth for a lower tiered All-Star who fits in with Tatum-Jalen). Many of our young guys could be integral pieces on this team.
Pritchard Langford Grant Rob (maybe Nesmith)
Build, build build and wait to strike!

I agree. Danny has been pretty patient so far, so let's hope he continues.
I'm not sure how the Nets will turn out. Even before the Harden deal I was wondering if Kyrie is going the way of Delonte West. He seems like he's spinning out of control, getting weirder and weirder. And though it's a cliche, there's only one ball. Will the whole be less than the sum of the parts? I think it might be in BKN.

Each of those guys can light it up on any given night. But will they sacrifice individual numbers (like KG, PP and Ray did)? We’ll see.
