www.nba.com/article/2020/02/15/2020-all-star-game-advanceTonight's game is going to have a new format for the 4th qtr. There will be a target score determined at the end of 3 quarters. They will take the score of the team that is leading, and add 24 points to that number (in honor of Kobe) and whoever gets to that number first, wins. No clock at all for the 4th. So if it's 100-98, first team to 124 wins. The idea is to make the end of the game less filled with intentional fouls and time-outs. It will be interesting to see what players, and we fans think of this.
