With the way JB has blossomed this year, I’m sure teams are calling Ainge to find out what it’ll cost to trade for him.
What would be your realistic line in the sand deal? Name specific players you’d be willing to trade Jaylen for.

IDK right now, he has been our overall best player this season and can still get better. It would have to be a star that almost guarantees a championship not only this year but in the upcoming seasons. Everyone on here knows who I want gone because I believe he is the cog the screws up the Gordon, Jayson and Jalen rotation.

I like this topic, however would like to add (2) caveats:
1. Can not be for another SF. Example - Ingram from NO. 2. Salaries have to match. Example - can not be for a player more or less.

Right now, there isn’t anyone that leaps off the page that I think will realistically make sense. I mean, KAT comes to mind, but MIN will certainly ask for more. MIL isn’t trading Giannis. I want no part of James Harden. Kawhi and PG are staying put. Doncic is untouchable.
Damian Lillard? If POR wants to rebuild. But Dame is 29, so he’s not to far from a decline.
Generally speaking, I think we are better off with Jaylen, than we’d be without him.

Stay the course. He and JT can anchor a very good team for 10 years. How often do you have TWO near All-Stars who are 23 and 21, and both still improving? Interestingly, nationally JT gets more credit than JB. Not sure why, but those of us who watch them both regularly know how good a season JB has had.

KAT is the only reasonable one that would even make me listen to an offer since we need a Center. The only other good center on the market is Drummond as Detroit is actively shopping him, but he gets exposed in the playoffs, so there is no way I give up JB for him. Smart and filler would be another story.

KAT seems to be the one guy who many of us (including me) think of, but I think that's because he's on a team going nowhere and we probably think the Wolves are desperate to get something before he just walks away. If they were doing as well as the Bucks we wouldn't even think of him.
I think a good case can be made that JB has been our most consistently good player, and he's good on both ends. Theis and Kanter have been more than adequate most games, and even if we're worries about Embiid in the playoffs, who is going to do better? And the way the Sixers have been going, someone else may knock them off first anyway.
