Capela might be damaged goods at the moment. This will lower his cost.

It's weird to me that the Rockets want to (and have wanted to) trade Capela, that kind of raises some red flags that maybe his stats don't tell the story. We already have enough players with injury issues this year.

They may think a stretch big would be better for them.

Eh, wasn’t big on him anyways. Ainge still looking to help our backend, so we’ll see what shakes out. Bertans?

Interesting trade. Denver gets a first round pick . . . for including Beasley? HOU must plan on going with some super small lineups. Love that Nene is still in the NBA. Good for him.
I'd be shocked if BOS makes a big move. They just don't have the contracts for it.
Next year I look forward to see what they can do with a full MLE.

Scoring off the bench is a higher priority than an upgrade at the 5, according to Ainge. Now that GWill is finding consistency, I wonder if Semi will be expendable.

I was thinking the same thing DM, though it is nice to have Semi on the team due to his ability to successfully defend Giannis.
The only trade I could see the C's pulling off is a smaller deal for a bench piece. Maybe someone like Derrick Rose?
Porrier, Time Lord, Carsen Edwards and two 2nds for Rose? Would DET do that? Rose is locked up at 7.5 per year this year and next, which is pretty reasonable. Then pick up a big off the post trade deadline heap and lets get ready for a playoff run.

Seems an awful lot for Rose. Both RWill and Carsen are pieces the team will need when we transition to the Jay-Team.
