I may be in the minority but I think the Rondo and Cousins signings are huge. I think in this special case, the coach isn’t necessarily a major piece. The players will hold each accountable when you got big stars like that. Again, injuries will tell the Lakers’ story more than anything If everyone buys in, they can be scary. Cousins, after his achilles injury is not the same player he was — but is still better and more skilled than 85% of big men he’ll face. And Rondo’s passing ability will be there till he’s old and gray. But there’s potential for internal fighting that can collapse the team from within. That’s what I’m hoping happens.

Like others in this post, I only cared that he didnt go to LAL.
This season is gonna be wild. There are 10-15 teams that have a legit argument that they could make the finals. I dunno if that has ever happened in my lifetime watching nba basketball. This season is gonna be so much fun.
