I am disgusted with all the media love for the Lakers, and how they’re already the favorites to win the championship next season — and just for that, I want Kawhi and Horford and Klay, and whoever else wants to go to the Clippers to join up and take them down! Why the Clippers? Because it’ll be all the more sweeter that another team in their very own city destroys Lebron’s, and Rich Paul’s and Rob Pelinka’s diabolical plan to win a title.
I would love it if we can be the ones to stiff arm them in the Finals, but it doesn’t seem likely if Kemba’s our biggest prize this summer. So next best thing is the Clippers and Doc Rivers to do it.

Father time and health are going to beat the Fakers. LeFlop is on the decline, AD is always hurt and hasn't led a team to anything tangible. If they blow this last spot on another star not named Kwahi (which I still don't believe he is really considering, it is just more media hope) then they will have to fill out the roster with minimum guys like the rumored JR Smith and Carmelo. That team is going to be horribly overrated (as usual) and won't have the depth to win anything once the injuries settle in.

I'm ok with them getting hyped up, a duo of arguably 2 of the Top 3 players in the NBA will do that. I think afceltic is spot on though in terms of my major concerns. Especially if they do add Melo. Part of me hopes Kyrie goes there and they fail miserably. That would be perfection.

I chuckled when I saw that they miscalculated the trade and didn't have a max cap slot. But then they got Davis to drop his $4 million trade kicker and got Washington to take 3 players and now they have a max slot I'm not sure who will bite and go play with them but there's always somebody. I know a lot of Lakers fans are ticked off at LeBron for giving Davis 23. Now what will they do with all those LeBron 23 jerseys? They will have a few stars but they won't be deep and hopefully that's where they will fail.

It’ll change my opinion of Kawhi if he signs with the Lakers. My hope is Jimmy Butler signs with them.
Yeah, not being able to fill out the rest of the roster could very well prove to be their downfall (as would a Lebron injury).

Davis is hurt every year too, so nothing is stable on that team in the injury front. It could blow up in their face a in many ways.

It could easily turn into the Nets situation where star players to star implode due to injury i.e. Pierce/Garnett. Nothing is guaranteed in this league so it could easily backfire on them. Even the Nets are not exactly hot ticket either especially no one knows if Durant will be back to original form after the achilles injury.

There's rumbling that Kawhi could choose the Lakers over the Raptors. That would just put such an awful taste in my mouth.
Please Kawhi, please do not go there. Your legacy cannot be enhanced playing next to Lebron -- but it can be tarnished if things do not work with the Lakers.

I do not see how (3) players playing 60-games or less lead a team to the playoffs.

If the 3 of them are healthy when playoffs roll around, and they have 5 other warm bodies, they just may be able to win it all. Unless we stop them of course 😡

Nobody knows anything right now so don't believe any of the fake news peddled by guys like Wright, Broussard or now Stephen A because the first two are LeFlop worshipers that likely have a fathead above their bed to stare at night. They are trying to push him that way because if he doesn't go there then the Fakers are second round fodder because they waited on him and let all of the good support guys who would have filled out their roster sign with other teams.
It is literally Kawahi or bust for them, and I am hoping he goes to the Clippers as it will help us by making Toronto irrelevant again.

I have no idea where he's going, but the guy has already won in SA and TOR, so I can't see him chasing rings. He speaks so little that no one really has a clue what motivates him, but if it's a challenge, it won't be the Lakers.

Leonard is truly an interesting case study. It's a shame SA and he had a falling out as they were perfect for each other in my mind.
In terms of his decision, I'll wait for Woj to spoil the announcement an hour before it becomes official. I just hope Leonard does't feel the need to announce it from his "business instagram" account.
