I don't think Ty Jerome can make it. That's actually kinda why I want him at this point. Pick a kid that is a champion that will have to give every ounce he has to survive in this league. Pick a winner

Philly is building a very long defensive team with Thybulle added to Simmons and Embiid. People are going to hate playing them.
I'd take a shot on Bol (if Danny is convinced that he isn't soft) and then look for Carsen Edwards further down.

Brandon Clarke taken by the Grizzlies. Good solid player who should have impact on the defensive end. Could provide nice scoring as a 4th wheel.

I just want to point out Nicholas Claxton's father played 3 games for the Celtics I'm wondering if little Claxton will also suit up and play for us (maybe more than 3 games). Nicolas has some intriguing basketball tools to work with. For a 6'11" kid, he can handle and pass the ball. He leads the breaks too. |

Ok, I'm not overwhelmed with this pick. Grant Williams is a nose tackle, not a basketball Power Forward.
Really hope he proves me wrong. Super smart guy, with tremendous work ethics, knows how to play the game, is an excellent teammate -- but he's short for the 4 and 5, too slow for the 3, and I'm concerned that he won't be able to get off his shots near the basket (which was his bread and butter at Tennessee).
He's got his supporters, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.
