Wow, how unfortunate are the Warriors? First Durant with a ruptured achilles (after returning from a calf strain, even though he wasn’t ready), and now Klay tears his ACL, after playing with a sore hammy.
2 big time players missing from their team next year.
I wonder what they plan to do now?

I assume they'll quietly get rid of all their medical staff and retool there kind of like we did after the IT injury issue.

Sometimes freak injuries occur. You could see the awkward angle of his knee when Klay landed and there's no reason to assume that a previous hamstring injury led to the ACL tear. Even with Durant, maybe the calf strain led to the Achilles tear and maybe it didn't. Unless there was a contrary opinion about KD that was ignored, which I don't think is true, I don't think you'll see any repercussions for the medical staff.

I read this on realgm.com today. Frankly, I was shocked. Reminded me of the shortened careers of Bird, and McHale (all those extended back to back to back seasons).

I bet GS offers him the same deal they would have anyway to show loyalty to him.

That'd be great of them. Those players/team deserves it considering the run they've been on. I'm interested in seeing how Curry lights it up without those guys for most of next year. Might see MVP Curry back again.

I'd certainly pick him in a fantasy league.
