Romeo Langford is a kid I've been keeping my eye on for over a year, as he is a total package who can score at all three levels. Highly skilled and a smooth executioner. He struggled with his shooting percentages, but I'm ok with his shooting form (the ball comes out of his hand nicely). I just read that he had a wrist injury, so that might have bothered his shot. He plays the Point frequently, which tells you his coaches trusted him handling and orchestrating the offense. He's crafty and can adjust to the defense, and find ways to score.
I think his game translates to the NBA.
But I say this while fighting myself because I've liked this kid for awhile now -- Romeo Langford might be fools gold. He's a high usage player who didn't put up staggering offensive numbers, nor lead his team far in the tournament. These "could" be red flags in terms of how brightly he'll shine in the NBA.
But I'd take him at 14 if he's there.
