Defensive intensity has been lacking in the early part of games. This has got to change. The earlier we shut teams down, the quicker we take away their hopes of winning. And it fuels our fire on the offensive end too.
We have enough talented scorers to bail us out if we need scoring. But we can’t relax our effort on the defensive end.

How much can Robert Williams absorb through osmosis by being around Horford and Baynes? I want them to teach and download into the very fibers of his existence everything they know about playing defense as a big man.
This kid has star potential as a defender. We need him to make it a reality.

Perhaps Timelord can go back in time and relive their experiences with them. The kid has so much natural ability oozing out of him. His high school coach and mentor still can’t believe how humble Williams is. Robert doesn’t know how good he is, and how good he can become. If we can tap into this kid’s raw talent, we’ve got ourselves a DPOY. |
