Bench the veterans and play those kids.
Seriously, I know we match up poorly with the Bulls but there was no excuse for that pile of crap we witnessed Saturday night.
Ainge needs to make a statement trade or fire the coach and go down there himself.
I say the latter. RD, Blonut, and Raef are playing like junkers. Trade those three to Indiana for Artest, Foster, and Croshere.

Something needs to be figure out sooner than later. I believe if this team is totally going downhill. They should consider playing the kids for the rest of the season by the all-star break.
Far as the vets go, the only way we get rid of Blount or Raef is to trade them for expiring contracts and give up a good player in order to do so i.e. paul or ricky. I think a good team to look at is the chicago bulls with their situation with Tim Thomas and Ben Gordon. Possibly get a deal of Pierce, Blount, and Reed for Gordon, Nocini and Thomas (plus draft picks).
NO, I don't want to trade Pierce unless he's demanding to be traded other than that you got to look at the options out there even if it's going to set us back in order to get into a good draft position.

I think both Danny and Doc are too astute in terms of basketball acumen not to realize that playing certain veterans is hurting the team. Therefore I can only surmise that Raef, Blount, Veal etc. are only getting minutes to "showcase" their games in order to command more trade value. I think Danny is looking to make a move that will open up more PT for the kids. Otherwise it makes no sense for Al and Perk not to get as much burn as their foul situations allow. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

I guarantee we'd get more calls about trades for Paul Pierce af Gerad Green if we played Gerald and benched Paul, instead of doing what we are now, which is play PP and sit GG
