Any thoughts about the 18-19 season?
17-18 was a mixed bag. The bad, Hayward goes down 5-minutes into game [HASH]1 (unreal, how I thought the worst that might happen when I am running is a loss). The good, BOS takes CLE 7-games; 4-1 over PHI (including the confetti game, which I was watching online...ESPN deadpanned when they were cleaning up that stuff and at the moment was unaware); game [HASH]7 victory vs. MIL (Gianis is the real deal, and K Middleton should really make an all-star team).

As long as there are no catastrophic injuries this is going to be a very fun season. I expect to be in the Finals with a very good chance of winning Banner 18.

We are deeper than GSW as long as we are healthy. The only question that I have is how important are Danny and Brad putting on getting the overall [HASH]1 seed? IMO getting that seed should lead to Banner [HASH]18. I believe that we can win on the road with Kyrie and Gordon back, but having home court should make a healthy Celtic the favorites in the Finals.

Brad has been quoted before saying that health trumps home court advantage. GS will be an overwhelming favorite, esp if Cousins can play decent. However, a Curry or Durant injury would change the odds.

We're going to be really, really good, and I'm looking forward to a very fun season. I watched some video on Hayward a while back and reacquainted myself with how good he is. Add in a healthy Kyrie, another year of improvement by Jaylen and a Tatum who is fast approaching super-stardom, not to mention a TR3 who has to be brimming with confidence after the way he finished last year, and I see 60+ wins, a first place finish in the East, a trip to the Finals and a decent shot at a title. Can't wait!

Can't wait! Ironically I was watching past Hayward clips too, from his years @butler. Danny and Pags (co-owner) were at the National Championship game his sophomore year. That was the game Danny was quoted saying Coach Stevens was the best NCAA coach, and Pags thought he was talking about Coach K.
