Liked what I saw out of Hassan Martin last night. Don't know why he only got minutes late in the game, but it's arguable that he was responsible for us pulling out that win. The game was tight up until the final couple of minutes, and that was when Hassan checked in, gobbled up rebounds, scored on putbacks, hit free throws, and banged around defensively under the basket. He really made a difference, and had a noticeable impact.
At 6'7", he's pretty undersized to be a 4 or 5, and maybe that's why he hasn't latched onto an NBA team yet. But Malik Rose had a nice career as an undersized strong body rebounder -- maybe Hassan Martin can too.

I agree that he played good last night and really gave the team a boost when he came in. I don't think the Celtics have room for him but I liked what I saw. Maybe for the Red Claws.
