What do our guys need to work on individually to be better versions of themselves next season?

Rather than go over all the guys, I'll start with one and let others chime in.
Jayson Tatum had an amazing rookie year. I'd like to see him build on it by doing three things this summer.
1) Get stronger. He lost too many balls on his way to the hoop last year. Some he just lost the handle, but on many he was stripped. More strength will help.
2) Work on finishing with his left hand. Nothing fancy, just layups.
3) Work on his post game. He's shown a turnaround baseline jumper from the left low block, but not very often. McHale started with that shot, and then built off it, each year adding a new twist.

Marcus Smart needs to continue to work on his shot. Although he's not as bad as his numbers would make you think. He almost always ended up with the ball at the end of shot clocks and quarters and never hesitated to at least give it a try no matter where on the court he was.

Jaylen Brown needs to work on his jab step and step back. He has a very nice arc to his shot and currently has the speed to blow by his man...but sometimes speed kills when the next person you meet is a Draymond or Gobert. So rather than blow by a guy, he could work on his handles, his crossover, his jab step and a step back 2pt shot. That would ensure his defender keeps close enough...to then allow him to drive past if hes too close.
