We got to make shots or the terrible officiating is going to give LeFlop a chance to steal this game.
Brown is the main one who has had open shots and missed them. But overall we built this lead by scoring in the paint and got too three happy in the second half. Granted part of that is the !!!GREENIAC!!! officiating but they can't guard us in the paint even with fouling us.

OK, up 4 at the half. Could be better, but at least we built it back up to 4 after they cut it to 1.
Feels like we had a ton of balls fall off the rim, but the Cavs also missed a lot of wide open 3's, so I guess it's a wash.
Good to see Jaylen hit a 3 just before the half. We're gonna need him.

Would have liked to have held on to the double digit lead, but at least we avoided a disastrous quarter like in game 6. If we at least play them even like we did in the second half of last game we should be OK.

It is obvious that we are not going to get a call all night. LeFlop fouls on JT's dunk and then they put Green on the line for nothing on the other end.
JT has been terrible in this game. He solely shot Cleveland on an 8-0 run.

Terry (0-8) and Smart (0-3) are a combined 0-11 from 3. That is an unacceptable no show by Terry. He is scarry in this game....scarry bad.
Throw in Brown's 2-10 and they are a combined 2-21 from three.

You mean TR has been terrible?
Well, the D has been fine, but the offense has been awful. We need to go back to moving the ball and it wouldn't hurt for someone to get hot.
This game is there for the taking, but we have to generate good shots and then hit them.

3 early team fouls for the Cavs. Be aggressive and get to the line!

TR, Smart and Brown are 7-35 right now. Hard to win with that kind of shooting.
Still in it though, down only 4 halfway through the fourth.

It's only right that our offense could be our ultimate demise. We're still in it, but now it's tough to get buckets and the other team has Lebron to get them buckets or foul calls. It's gonna take great execution to take this game.

JT hits 2 shots in a row to put us up 1, then passes up a shot and Smart misses a 3. Sometimes I just don't understand our shot choices. I want Tatum to take every open shot he has from here on. Every one.

This is why I was not confident. In a one game take all - This is where the stars shine...and clearly our guys did not come to the occasion. I'd have to assume that the stage is what caused such atrocious shooting. It's sad cause it was obviously a monumental and overachieving season - yet it feels like a bitter end. You don't get these opportunities often and we didn't take advantage. This sucks.

TR, Smart and Brown 7-41. The rest of the team shot around 50%. Kyrie's injury finally caught up with us. Our guards just couldn't hit a shot.

I'm disappointed, but we lost because we missed shots and we add two All-Star scorers next year, our star rookie came up huge in a Game 7, and we don't lose anyone important this summer. I can't wait for next year.

I can't wait for next year. I also am ok with adding in Brown with the Sacramento pick in a deal to KAT. We need more of a presence down low next year because Al is too soft and isn't a real center. Tatum is the one we keep if Minny asks for one of the two.
