There ain’t no turning back now. You’ve gone and done it. By winning these first 2 games by a combined 38 points, you’ve just raised the bar for yourselves to the point that now you have to do it, or else it’ll be a big time letdown.
Up until now, we would’ve accepted losing this series to the Cavs because of our injury situation — we all could understand the tremendous obstacle that stood in the way.
But now everything is different; it is changed. By taking a 2-0 lead in convincing fashion, you have now put the pressure on yourselves to finish the Cavs, or else this will be an epic meltdown.
There’s nothing else to do but beat Cleveland and make it to the Finals. Falling short is unacceptable.
You’ve earned the respect of many, many fans. Great job boys!

It's crazy. I have to keep coming up with reasons to not get overly excited and cocky. They just held home court, 1-4 on the road, CLE role players will show up playing at home - but the way we won those two games was by totally outplaying them in almost all facets of the game. We gotta expect to be able to do the same once more in the next two games. I wish we didn't have such a long rest right now while we're rolling!

I know, right? They're making me a believer after every win against improbable odds.
If this group can beat CLE on their turf, I gotta believe this team is legit, and these youngsters are legit.

BOS is favored by 1 next game. BOS has been the underdog by Vegas the previous 7 games. Note - margins have been small, which must of meant a lot of people were betting on both sides, which is where Vegas makes its money (in the middle).

Wow. Minds are getting changed. LeBron is a betting underdog, at home, in a must-win game! Amazing.

Despite losing a disappointing game last night (which could come back to bite us in the butt), there’s much to be proud of with this team.
We are 1 win away from defeating a Cavs team led by a desperate Lebron James who has been an absolute monster. And we are doing it with youngsters and backups. This last part is the fascinating aspect of our success that is not getting as much attention by the media as it should.
We are on the brink of defeating the mighty Lebron and making the Finals, even when we don’t have a #1, #2, or even a true #3. Our best player on the court right now is Jaylen Brown, and if he was on the Warriors he wouldn’t even be starting. If he was on the Rockets, he’d probably be rotating minutes with Trevor Ariza and Eric Gordon (not because he lacks talent, but experience). On the Cavs, he’d probably be ahead of Jr Smithand Kyle Korver, but that’s not saying much.
But on this team, he is our best player, and without him, we’d already be eliminated.
And the same goes for Tatum and Rozier.
What we’re doing is truly amazing.
